I finished the Photography Professional Practice and Academic Portfolio Course at the University of the Arts London - Central Saint Martins (2015 -2016) with the project "Touch".
I graduated in Journalism in 2009 and I specialised in Fashion and Communication in 2013, both at the Universidade de Fortaleza. Then, I worked for six years in the Diário do Nordeste newspaper, where I also photographed for the magazines Siará and Gente. Following that, I collaborated as a freelancer with Agência Pública de Jornalismo Investigativo - SP; O Globo newspaper - RJ; Veja Magazine - SP; Azul Magazine - SP, Prazeres da Mesa Magazine - SP and Trip and TPM magazines - SP.
In 2011, along with journalists Germana Cabral and Cristina Pioner, and with photographer Patricia Araujo, I published the book "Hands that make history," which is based on a series of articles published in Diário do Nordeste newspaper. This book won the 2010 Embratel Award category Northeast Regional, ACI Journalism Award the same year and was ranked 3rd in Jabuti Prize in Literature 2013 - category book-report.
Among other awards and exhibitions are included 3rd Sebrae Journalism Award - regional category, with the reportage Jewels from Cariri; Finalist at Leica-Fotografe 2010 Contest - colour category and Finalist at Festimage Exibition, in Chaves - Portugal (2008).
