Matteo Donzelli was born in Bollate, in the province of Milan, in 1977. He worked for Rolling Stone magazine and collaborated with various national newspapers. His images have been published in La Repubblica, Corriere della Sera and La Stampa. In 2015, the personal exhibition "An Earth Odyssey" was exhibited in Milan at Casa delle Culture del Mondo and, in 2021, the reportage "Cape Verde: the Archipelago in Black and White" was exhibited at Palazzo Pirola in Gorgonzola as part of Photofestival, the most important Milanese kermesse of fine art photography.
