I was a newspaper photojournalist most notably working as a staff photographer for The Plain Dealer in Cleveland for sixteen years. I was named Ohio News Photographer of the Year five times. I am the author of two photo books, Revelations, photographs of Cleveland's African American Churches, and Cleveland Urban Landscapes, The Sacred and the Transient. Currently I am pursuing portraiture as an artistic adventure.
