About Murray Foote

I have been pursuing photography for nearly 40 years, starting when a friend gave me an enlarger. I have been closely associated with the Canberra Photographic Society for much of that time, including six years as President, In the film era I used various formats from 35mm to 6x17 and 5x4. I was sent around Australia in 1987 taking photographs of lighthouses for a Bicentennial publication "From Dusk Till Dawn". I am Official Photographer for up to three Blues Festivals (depending on which are going in a particular year). Since I retired in 2010 I have been able to travel and photograph in many countries.
