I used to study architecture while I attended a studio lighting workshop when I realised that photography might have been more than a hobby to me. When I was introduced to analogue photography in Diego Ortiz Mugica's school, I quickly fell in love with the process of developing and printing my own work, then I knew what I really wanted to do. As time went by I found myself thinking about dedicating my life to photography, when I was behind the camera I felt at ease, time was non-existent, the dark room was my home, pursuing an architecture degree was not what i wanted, so I dropped out to become a photographer. I took a Zone System course in Diego Ortiz Mugica's school where I actually print every week in the dark room.
