I was born and grew up in Romania. I discovered my passion for visual arts at a very young age through painting and drawing. I moved to Canada at the age of twelve, where I purchased my first camera. I didn't pursue an art oriented education, instead I pushed myself to create not only visually pleasing pieces, but parts of a story, pieces of self expression, and fragments of a truly genuine moment.
I believe my best photographs are created by the people in them, by the emotion in them and by the authenticity of the moment. I want to perfect the art of stealing that fragment of life and freezing it in my frame for others to glance into and experience what I felt when I pressed the shutter. I don't aim to be recognized as having the most beautiful photographs, rather as having a collection of truly authentic and loud memories that speak for themselves.
