Paul Rider works in discrete series creating his imagery by constructing still lives in the studio utilizing found objects and also through the use of abstract and documentary photographic styles. The compelling issue that has driven his work is the interface between nature and manmade urban culture.
Paul Rider has a MFA in photography from Savannah College Art & Design. He has taught at the university level since 2003. Rider’s photographs have been exhibited in Europe and throughout the United States.
