About Peter Schnabel

I found my love for photography to create images as a young adult, winning awards using 35mm film and I continued this passion as a hobby for over 40 years as my career found me moving down a different path as a software engineer. One of my life defining positions was the opportunity to work at my dream company, Eastman Kodak where I worked on developing some of the earliest image sensors found in your modern digital cameras.
After a second career as an event photographer I am focusing on my fine art work wanting to share my stories, experiences and vision with others so that we can share common experiences.
I am a person that has varied moods and interests which can be found in the styles and subjects of my work.
I hope you find some images that bring back fond memories of a place you have been or want to go, something to look at that brings you a sense of peace or just a big smile.
