EGYPT - LOSS AND HOPE

Egypt, the most populated country in Middle East, has seen three presidents and two revolutions during the past four years. Egyptians have gone through a turbulent journey from awakening anger, to endemic skepticism, to confusing frustration and finally a looming hope for a better country and living conditions. Through these photographs I explored the contradiction of loss and hope in a country struggling to find the right track while stagnant despite the Arab Spring.
