SHA-KO-SEKI

“SHA-KO-SEKI" means light reflecting stone. This is a three-dimensional artwork, and was born from my experience of “Touching the light” I printed the image of the light caught by the camera on washi paper and pasted it on the stone the size of which fitted to my palm. When a person touches this “SHA-KO-SEKI,” she or he might feel holding the light itself. I am hoping my work can add a little bit of extra color to the lives of many people.
