These images are part of a project called DiaxDia, which is a journal documenting the findings of two individuals in search for answers, insight, and connection at the U.S.- Mexico border town of Tijuana. They show some of the conditions in which migrants that are seeking asylum in the U.S. are living in while they pass through Tijuana as well as details of the city itself. This is a small window into the humanitarian crisis that continues to develop in most border towns in Mexico as well as the struggles that migrants have to endure everyday while striving to reach safety and a better life for them and their families.
