A story about coffee

For more than four years I have been working and sharing time with a family of coffee producers from the region of Coatepec in the state of Veracruz, right next to the Gulf of Mexico. The story of these people and their connection to this plant, is one of a kind; a story about respect for nature, love, effort and hard work. There are many things that can be said about coffee, since its uniqueness lays on the fact that every stage of its process, has a direct effect on the final taste of this iconic brevage. That being said, this is an ongoing project, actually, this story has just started.
