Pilgrims

The representation of the Sagrada Família through the prism of tourism, is the starting point for these images. Still in progress, and with an approach that combines portraits and street photography, I respond to the omnipresence that this singular building imbues with the surrounding streets. The image of the Sagrada Família and its reproduction it's the leitmotif around which everyone dances: street vendors, pickpockets, tourist guides and above all, tourists with their smartphones, the tool that helps making sense of their pilgrimage.
