Traveling to Balkans over the last decade, I have met and photographed many interesting people who impressed me with the simplicity of their lives and their personality. They live under difficult conditions every day. Away from overconsumption and the world of computers, they are trying with dignity to get along. With a strong sense of hospitality, they are always ready to share the minimum to give you hope for tomorrow. Eventually, it seems that the dignity of some is above wealth, property, race and religion.
