Fading memories

この写真は東京から数十km離れた地方都市で撮影した。 古くは水郷の町として栄えたその場所は、社会・経済構造の変化の中でその姿を変えてしまっている。 私は町の光景の中にその土地の薄れゆく記憶を感じ、写真に収めた。 This photo was taken in a local city several tens of kilometers away from Tokyo. The place, which prospered as a town of Suigo in the past, has changed its shape due to changes in social and economic structures. I felt the fading memories of the land in the sight of the town and photographed it.
