'Street', a photography genre almost as old as the medium itself. It's been said that the first known photograph ever taken was of a Paris street scene, created circa 1826 by Joseph Niépce. Perhaps it's because of this history that I feel best about my street photography being presented in monochrome, as shades of black to white.
I've been reworking a selection of my 'street' images, taking them to black and white while considering more seriously the 'story' within. This mini project is a sampling. Thank you.
