An ongoing project about the small village I was born and spend my youth. A five street stilled small-town caught between ploughed acres of dark brown clay and a wide grey-green river. Were never anything seemed to happen and as local youngsters you were a bit sentenced to this place and to each other. Waiting until age brought you means to look beyond.
Whenever I’m there to visit kin it is nice to wander around the town searching for images from back then or things changed since.
Because the photographic possibilities in this digital age seems to be endless I've limited myself when working on this project to use just one camera and one lens and shoot it all on film.
