In mid-October, 2018, asylum-seeking migrants from Central American countries gathered at San Pedro Sula, Honduras. "Caravan" began with people intending to reach the United States to flee from violence, poverty, and political repression. A month later, the mayor of Tijuana, Mexico has declared a humanitarian crisis in his border city to the United States. More than 5,000 migrants are still waiting on their asylum case number to be called.
