Life After Life

Life After Life is about my profound attachment to my ancestral summer home in Ontario, Canada. It is about the response of feeling the responsibility-laden ancestral ties; the positive sense of Nature as an integral part of my connection to place; my attachments to the objects and structures that create a bridge between the past and the present; and the sadness of impermanence, transience and the passage of time. Overriding all of this has been the knowledge that there are no heirs and this magnificent place that has been the driving force of my life may not have a future.
