Something Magical

Embracing chance, randomness, and the unexpected is what drives me to go out into the world and create images through exploration. In my work, ordinary bodies and familiar spaces are depicted in ways that make them feel fantastical and extraordinary. I use composition and visual storytelling to alter the viewer’s recognition of 'ordinary' places and suggest an existing overlapping of fantasy and reality intimately grounded in the world around us.
