The children

This project started with a random meeting with the 5 years old Kim at an exhibition in Copenhagen. I asked her for her picture and first she said NO!!, but after some time she changed her mind and I got the most wonderful portrait of her. After this meeting, several images came together in my head, of her in different situations and locations, but I later decided to create the pictures with different children instead of just her. I wanted to create a univers without adults, a world where the children are in charge. Locations, details and clothing are especially picked out of for every child, to tell the intended story. I welcome you into the world of 'The children'
