My work aims at digging out overlooked topics, people and places and bringing the “audience” closer to the unusual voices. I try to highlight overlooked topics that are not in the headlines. In these series of portraits, I show an Haitian artist committed to rebuild her country after the 12 January 2010 earthquake. I also show portraits of people in off the beaten track lands of Guinea.
