Whispering Wind

For me, the American Landscape is an immersive experience. I’m drawn to its grandeur, emptiness, solitude and intimacy; to its rawness, power and sublimity and to the infinite horizon and the human scale in comparison. I’m enamored by the landscape’s cinematic beauty and the fleeting play of light and sky above with the intractable earth below. Ironically, my ambition is to capture an aesthetic instant and imbue it with permanency.
