Covid over Australia

As the shadow of Covid crept across Australia, the impact created a new vibe in the street and on the beach. Sometimes it was melancholy, sometimes intent of not allowing our traditions to be subverted by this modern plague. This is a selection of images from Canberra as the first wave closed the city down and from Adelaide the following summer as people (appropriately socially distanced) enjoyed one of that city’s favourite beaches.
