Welcome to City Life in Portugal

I love street photography - everyday is an adventure to see my surroundings in different times of day and seasons. Working with natural light is one reason I became a photographer. The light here in Portugal, especially Lisbon is breathtaking. As the Tejo flows towards the Atlantic, the water turns turquoise which reflects against the pastel buildings and limestone sidewalks, and the city glows. These are my best five photos from September 2020 to May 2021. Each one is special for different reasons, but I think they all convey the wonder and joy I exude when I have my camera in hand.
