The serie Kushti shows the daily training exercises of this ancient wrestling style at the Akhara wrestling school in Varanasi, India. Kushti is a three thousand year old martial art that is practiced mainly in India, Pakistan and Iran. The training methods have not changed in all these years. The now famous 'traditional' wrestling styles are all emerged from this Kushti style.
