Animal Gaze Through The Lens of a Camera

While capturing unique animals at the Zoo, I made various connections between the responses from animals in a Zoo setting and the representation of current internal struggles that individuals may face on a regular basis. The unique expressions and positions the animals were in when I captured these photographs indicate that many of them feel trapped and out of place, yet most individuals may feel trapped in a bad situation or feel out of place psychologically. If anyone were to approach "Animal Gaze Through The Lens of a Camera", then I would hope that the representation of this series will bring others hope and inspiration. My intent is to spread more awareness and help individuals realize that we all have inner struggles and are not alone. Additionally, I enjoy sharing my work with others and I love it when other Photographers and Visual Artists do the same.
