Art Photography

The photographs should be examined as single entities. What they all have in common, and in my opinion this places them in the art photography category, is that they all share enough details as to be intriguing but not so much to spoil the mystery. The viewer is then placed at a position of freedom to think creatively and make up their own story about what is presented to them. Finally, they were all taken during everyday moments but the way they are represented looks "staged" or from another world. The exception is "Framed in the Green Line" which to me looks like a painting, but it still has those elements of mystery. Considering the location the photograph was taken, it adds content and context to the viewer's storytelling.
