Stages of Life

This was a project that I revisited from 21 years ago. I wanted to rework some older projects so that I could be motivated by the history of my work. I slowed down my creative work this year with other life changes that have happened, moved states and jobs, and I’m reflecting on my life. This was a project that was a mix of film, digital, scans, and words. I wanted to represent my interpretation of life through flowers. This project was created 20+ years ago, and with what I have lived through this past year I’m reminded that life moves on, seasons and things change, and the flowers will bloom again. It was motivating to remind myself that I am creative, and I needed that this year.
