Sun Off Moon

I have always sought the sun; for the light, the warmth, the beauty and the energy, always a very welcome and familiar companion, who’s absence I mourn and feel deeply within. As a photographer I’ve gotten to understand, love and work within the shifting daily and seasonal patterns and how/where/when the light would change. Then one day I was asked “Well, what about the moon?” ”I love the sun, but just don’t get the moon..?!” I replied.
