This is an ongoing project spread over decades of research and photography around the world, documenting and interpreting cultural patterns of behavior, values, and practices across space and time.
The use of visual ethnography provides the "emic" approach of documenting human behavior in its original settings, but going even further, the project aims to embrace the aesthetic and emotional expressions of what people feel.
Traveling to many of the most remote places around the world is becoming more and more demanding in preparations, logistics, research, study, photographic gear and hardware. But all of these are compensated by the amazing experiences, the endless knowledge, the human interaction and the personal evolution.
