The Magic of Istanbul

Istanbul might be among the top, most opportunity rich street photography destinations on the planet, and while I believe EVERY photo is really its own unique confluence of conditions, I still know it takes work to create and present work the likes of which hasn't already been seen. This city is a wonderful playground to practice different approaches to street photography, to sharpen our skills. I don't intend to make use of any one approach to create the body of work (ie not ALL silhouettes, ALL flash, All heavy contrast), but rather over time, curate a collection of photos, captured by my future wife and I, that meet the criteria for what we commonly describe as MAGICAL.
