Flowing Still Life - Greengrocery Project - The Dark Side

A new chapter in my ongoing Flowing Still Life project (see previous Lens Culture contests), the Greengrocery Project - The Dark Side, explores the oneiric aspect of fruit and vegetables, the effect of the colours of nature on our mind linking them to the style of old paintings, sometimes hinting at great masters of the past such as Arcimboldo and Matisse. The black background creates a more dramatic scene, detaching the subjects from reality, making them elusive.
