This project is an endeavor to explore the meaning of loneliness in the streets. In the photographs, I believe that the fog accompanying people and animals assists in reflecting the solitude and simplicity they inhabit. In crowded environments, my aim was to capture the emotions of individuals who choose to be emotionally isolated, thus conveying weariness and a sense of being constrained. I wanted the photographs to communicate how close those people, whom we pass by on the streets every day without noticing, actually are to us.
