Thinly Veiled

This work explores expressions of divergence, manifesting the internal thoughts and emotions. A collaboration of figure and light, pushing and pulling through a restrictive garment allows for the understanding of deeper emotions tucked inside a crude expression. They are inviting, confrontational, textural, but hidden behind mesh and shadow that never allow for a complete understanding. These become a physical representation of the membrane that binds and separates a divergent mind from the outside world.
