I believe in love, I believe in friendship.
Once I realised myself as a wicker basket, and I am woven from threads taken from friends and girlfriends. At some point, it seemed to me that I had nothing of my own, only borrowed gestures, words, movements, intonations, interests and greetings, but later I watched my loved ones and saw that we were creating a single field in which our common habits, and this is our cultural code.
I changed my place of residence, found new friends, and only then did I feel at home. For me, my hometown is where I can visit a friend, just like that, for no reason. Thanks to modern technology, I can maintain active contact with friends who live in other cities or countries, while feeling the same warmth as before. I believe that friendship and love overcomes any distance if people are involved in these relationships.
I have collected portraits of my friends and postcards that I drew for them, as well as their statements about what friendship is, in the project that I present to you.
