American psychologist Clark E. Moustakas said in his book, "Loneliness is neither good nor bad, but a point of intense and timeless awareness of the Self, a beginning which initiates totally new sensitivities and awarenesses, and which results in bringing a person deeply in touch with his own existence and in touch with others in a fundamental sense.”
I enjoy shooting on the street alone, finding aesthetic elements from geometric patterns and capturing solitary people. Within geometrically restrained and tidy lines, surfaces, and divisions, individuals standing alone appear as if trapped in loneliness, unable to escape isolation. Where are they heading? What thoughts occupy their minds? In the images of people with different ideologies, I discover myself.
I'd like to invite you to the world of GeoMatrix, where you can come deeply in touch with your own existence.
