Sardinia - The island of 100-year-olds - One of the world's "blue zones". This is the name given to the areas of the world where people live to be particularly old. The Sardinian provinces of Nuoro, Ogliastra and Barbagia have one of the highest concentrations of 100-year-olds and over in the world. And so, in July 2023, I set off again alone in the mountains of my paradise of 45 years and met wonderful people who, despite the intense heat, gave me their time and trust and unforgettable moments, some of them in their homes. They all made me promise that we would see each other again next year!
