"You are a God who sees me" was the annual bible resolution of the Protestant church in 2013 and that it fitted well as a title for this photoserie. I adapt the language of my projects to the place or theme where they are created and therefore it was right to use this biblical verse. Also because the verse essentially expresses what I wanted to achieve with the photos: all people are equal. It is the circumstances, biographies, destinies and, unfortunately, also the colour of our skin, that make us different. Every individual can turn to God, he will hear each and every one of us. Regardless of whether you believe in it or not, that is what this biblical verse expresses. The response to these photos was overwhelming, everyone was delighted, the church as the client, the volunteers who were also pictured and, above all, the guests. The latter felt that they were taken seriously and were proud of this photos. For further information: www.1mose1613.de/
