My background as a photographer stems from my passion for capturing idiosyncratic moments. I am fascinated by how photography allows me to share a personal narrative through a series of unique photographs. Being a bicultural woman in the U.S., I can infuse my photography with a unique perspective, exploring the intersections of diverse traditions and American social norms. Through this process, I weave a thread through each image, collectively revealing my life as a female high school student in the United States. Using the White Rabbit as a conduit, I project my experiences.

Rabbit thinks it is ironic that in her acting class, they learn about acting when people often wear invisible masks daily, pretending to be someone else. Then the bell rings, and it's time to hang out with her friends. Yet, they also put on masks, and it leaves Rabbit yearning for meaningful and authentic human connections.
