Floating moments

This project consists of photographs capturing individuals on the street in what I describe as 'floating moments'. These instances are intermediary, a delicate balance between two positions, where people pass each other, lost in their own thoughts, dreams, and pursuits. The viewer is left to wonder about the hidden narratives playing out in their minds. Despite the rush often associated with street movement, these moments offer a meditative quality; walking becomes an act of singular focus, where nothing else but moving forward matters. This enforced simplicity of action can either frustrate or soothe, depending on the individual. Through my lens, I aim to unveil the subtle beauty embedded in these meditative walks, a beauty that exists in the quiet coexistence of myriad personal journeys.
