"Records of Fragments" is a self-portrait that reflects my inner world. Struggling to express myself through words, I have found that photography is the only means of expression I have sustained for over a decade. By employing the technique of multiple exposure, I aim to condense the complex layers of the city and the unseen fragments of memory into a single image, capturing the moment when photography transcends mere documentation to become art. This work is deeply influenced by Surrealism, incorporating themes of the unconscious and chance, reflecting how people live within fragmented memories and diverse values. It is also a documentary that records the beauty of intersecting cultures and values, demonstrating that we all carry our own stories. Through this, I hope to foster new perspectives and understandings, showing that art can transform our perception of reality.
