Character portraits

Not as the eye sees it, but as the heart feels it, that is my quest. I believe I have only made a worthwhile contribution when I can trigger a strong emotion from the viewer of my photographs – to leave behind a few unanswered questions. For me, there is nothing more beautiful and haunting as a strong portrait. I am always on the lookout, on the street or wherever I am, for that revealing quality that calls me to make a portrait.
