From Midnight to Midnight
“Be yourself. I much prefer seeing something, even it is clumsy, that doesn’t look like somebody else’s work.” – William Klein
Taking street photos challenges me - being present moment to moment with the environment that is constantly shifting and changing while people within the frame are constantly moving - but, I love the challenge.
And so, the idea of taking street photos from midnight to midnight and then to post them on Instagram, in all of it’s clumsiness, was a challenge that my soul felt inspired and ignited to to do.
These images were taken as part of the series for 'The 24 Hour Project - one photo every hour for 24 hours' - documenting humanity to make a difference. This year, benefiting the 'She Has Hope Organization' - dedicated to those affected by human trafficking in Nepal, the Philippines and Uganda.
