In the biggest slum in Kenya, a former professional dancer,
Mike Wamaya is training a group of children in Balett.
The children is eager to learn to dance every week, they empty the classroom o chairs and benches and swiping the floor before the class begins.
And the cold, dark concrete room turns into a real balett studio when the children but on their balett dresses and get into first position.
Some of the talented children get the chance to train for free in a real studio in Nairobi where they have more space and time to focus and lear to master the dance.
The classes in balett is about much more then just the dance, the fact that someone believe in this young boys and girls and the trust in themself chance their views on what they actually can achieve in life and it gives them a confidence many in the slum is lacking.
