Prescribed Burn

I am a volunteer photographer for Natural Area Preservation at the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan and have photographed several prescribed burns for them in the last year and a half. Most of them were photographed on my lunch break and this series is no exception. The changing conditions and brevity of my time on site force me to react quickly and anticipate where I need to be for the next shot.
