"principium individuation" describes the manner in which a thing is identified as distinguished from other things. (Wikipedia)
Being a single mom to one daughter for 12 years, I now find myself facing the age of 14 with both trepidation and curiosity. How does one navigate this time of profound transformation with integrity, patience and understanding to eventually witness them fly from the nest? Will she be joyful on her flight and will I be the parent to let her go with grace ? My curiosity about this stage and how I have taken part in this consciousness as well as witnessing her own psyche emerge are the drive to document the next 4 years of adolescence .
