Roma in Southern Peloponnes

During several summers I stayed in Southern Peloponnes and loved to spend my time with the Roma in their camps, making interviews and taking photographs. I was fascinated from their way of life, their way of cooking, doing their laundry. I was impressed by the children, taking care of the little ones and helping their mothers whenever it is necessary. Through my photographs I want to depict the dignity of those people, I want to show their beauty and their hope for a better future for their children.
