PORTRAIT-PAROLE

Portrait-Parole is a portrait of contemporary feminism! Since April 2016, activists, artists and intellectuals who are involved in the defence of women's rights are asked to choose a citation that defines them. Each meeting is the subject of an interview - biographical, the narrative of struggles and commitments and a photographic portrait. They write the quote by themselves on a transparent film that is placed in front of their face. This is a signature that affirms conviction in a time to pay tribute to those who are fighting against the conservatisms that invades our political and social life. Portrait-Parole is a collaboration of Susanne Junker (photography) and Samantha Barroero (writer).
