Authentic Portraits

The beauty of photography is it’s ability to unshackle time. By following moments, some at breakneck speeds and other that slowly bloom, Thaddeus slows time to nearly a complete stop and gives the absent viewer an uninterrupted moment that is both removed and uninitiated. The portrait is not simply a captured pose, but a recording of the relationship that develops between the photographer and subject. Trust and authenticity can not be faked, nor rushed. There is no formula, just an investment to connect. When that connection is made the authentic portrait is then possible.
